I sit at the intersection of data governance, AI/ML product thinking, and financial systems. With over a decade building data pipelines, managing regulatory data programmes, and leading cross-functional teams at Citi and Wells Fargo, I'm now channelling that depth into building intelligent, AI-native data products. Currently pursuing a PG in AI & ML (Great Learning) to sharpen the technical edge behind my product intuition.

Vice President – Data Product & Governance
Citi
  • Defined and drove data product vision across the Data Operating Model — acting as product owner for data quality, lineage, and remediation workflows used by multiple business lines.
  • Managed resolution of high-severity regulatory data defects (MRIA, MRAs) covering $10B in exposure, coordinating across technology, risk, and business stakeholders.
  • Spearheaded Data Quality Control Assessments (DQCA) end-to-end — from gap discovery to control implementation — functioning as both PM and domain SME.
  • Drove adoption of Collibra and Solidatus for lineage and metadata management across Critical Data Elements, improving data discoverability and regulatory traceability.
  • Facilitated cross-functional squads spanning business, tech, risk and control — translating complex data issues into actionable roadmaps.
Data Management Consultant
Wells Fargo
  • Built and maintained Data Dictionaries and DQ rules for the DPTM domain (Deposit, Payments & Treasury Management), serving as product owner for the metadata catalogue.
  • Developed internal tooling to automate metadata validation — reducing manual effort and improving consistency across DQ assessment templates.
  • Assessed applications for auto-harvesting eligibility via the Enterprise Metadata Hub (EMH), shaping data product strategy across the LOB.
Developer → Team Lead → Business System Consultant
Wells Fargo — Volcker Metrics System
  • Grew from developer to BSC on a system underpinning Volcker Rule quantitative metrics reporting — defining requirements, shaping ETL architecture, and owning stakeholder alignment.
  • Led a 9–10 person cross-geography team (US + India) through full SDLC: design, build, QA, and L3 production support.
  • Managed Unix-to-Linux migration, SLA/OLA definition, and incident management — reducing delivery risk and improving system reliability.
